Instructors are required to submit a midterm status report for any course in which an undergraduate student's work, at midterm time, is of D, F, or NP quality. Midterm grades are submitted via the E-Grades system, which is available Monday through Friday of the eighth week of the term. The department will be notified of the exact dates. Midterm deficient grades are available for students to review on Bear Facts the following week. If an instructor is unable to return the report on time, he/she should notify the student.
