You can submit final grades electronically using the E-Grades system.
The period during which you can input final grades may vary from
semester to semester; you or your department will be notified of
the actual dates. To use E-Grades, you must have an employee ID,
CalNet ID (see your departments CalNet
deputy to obtain your CalNet ID and password), and access to
Bear Facts.
Check online for detailed instructions on the usage of E-Grades
to submit final grades.
Effective Spring 2005, Concurrent Enrollment students you have admitted to your course will appear at the bottom of your Assign Grades List, and you may submit their grades electronically.
The deadline for submitting final grades to the Office of the Registrar is 72 hours following your scheduled final exam or 72 hours following the last day of class if no final exam is scheduled for your course.
