What standards of behavior are expected of students at Berkeley? prev next

Standards for student conduct and behavior are detailed in the Berkeley Campus Code of Student Conduct and the Berkeley Campus Regulations. The Code of Conduct lays the foundation for understanding the University's expectations regarding the standards of conduct of Berkeley students and their rights and responsibilities, as well as those relating to the rights of others. Campus regulations govern the time, place, and manner of public expression; use of University facilities; and student conduct on and off campus. Copies of the Code of Conduct and Campus Regulations are available at the Office of Student Judicial Affairs, which handles all student academic and nonacademic violations, and on the web.
