Where do I go when I have problems with technology? prev next

Many campus departments have their own computer support teams, so check with your department to see what assistance it may offer.

There are many campus computer help desks available. The UC Berkeley Computing and Communications for Faculty page also lists various campuswide services.

The IST Knowledge Base is an information and troubleshooting resource for CalAgenda, CalMail, CalNet, CalPBX Communication System, CalWeb, Connecting@Berkeley, UniBears, WebFiles, and other computer, network, and telecommunication services.

Note that many issues can be avoided by using the Connecting@Berkeley (C@B) CD; the C@B CD is also an important tool in meeting the campus's minimum security guidelines.

If you have a problem using the technology in a classroom, call the Classroom Technology Services support line at 643-8637.

For help with bSpace course sites, fill out the Educational Technology Services (ETS) Learning Systems Help Request form or call 642-8587.
