Ergonomics@Work, the campus ergonomics program for faculty and staff, trains computer workstation evaluators in every department and school to perform preventive ergonomic assessments of computer workstations according to campus ergonomic guidelines. To find out the name and contact information for your computer workstation evaluator, ask your Management Services Officer or contact Ergonomics@Work by calling 642-8410 or emailing ergotf@uhs.berkeley.edu.
Ergonomic assessments of campus labs can be performed by the campus Ergonomics Specialist at the request of Principal Investigators, Department Safety Coordinators, or Department Safety Committees. If you are a Principal Investigator and wish to schedule an ergonomic assessment of your laboratory, please contact Ergonomics Specialist Mallory Lynch by calling 643-2540 or emailing mlynch@uhs.berkeley.edu. If you are not a Principal Investigator, but are interested in an ergonomic assessment of the lab in which you are working, please coordinate this request through your Principal Investigator, Department Safety Coordinator, or Department Safety Committee.
