You can dine, eat, or snack at restaurants, cafeterias, and cafes scattered throughout campus. Some serve full meals; others specialize in snack foods, coffees, and pastries.

The Faculty Club serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday. Bar service is available. Dining and cafeteria facilities are open to all faculty, staff, and their guests. The club’s private dining rooms can be reserved by individuals or groups for meetings or parties. You can also join the Faculty Club for additional benefits. For Dining Room reservations, call 643-9655.

The Women’s Faculty Club (642-4175) serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. The dining room is only open to members and their guests. Wine and beer are available. Individual members and groups may also reserve private rooms for luncheons, conferences, and receptions.

The University's Cal Dining operates ten locations conveniently located on and around campus: four dining halls, two residential retail locations, and four campus restaurants. These facilities are open to everyone; faculty, staff, and students may purchase meal plans or use cash or the Cal 1 Card Debit Account (a feature of your Cal 1 Card).

The ASUC contracts with a variety of vendors for food services in the Bear’s Lair, on the plaza level of the Student Union. Services offer entrees, snacks, coffee, and other beverages from early morning through late afternoon. In addition, the Bear’s Lair Pub serves wine, beer, and soft drinks.
